• "Deliverables" refers to all work products, documents, reports, and materials produced as part of our service delivery
• "Engagement" refers to the agreed scope of work between the Client and JJAnalytics
• "Website" refers to johnandjudithanalytics.com and all associated pages

2. Our Services

JJAnalytics provides professional research support services in the medical, health, and biological sciences, including but not limited to:

• Research Writing: Research proposals, theses, dissertations, journal manuscripts, literature reviews, editing, and proofreading
• Data Collection: Survey design, questionnaire development, field data collection, and database management
• Data Analysis: Statistical analysis, qualitative analysis, data visualisation, and interpretation
• Training: Research methodology workshops, statistical software training, and academic writing seminars
• Consultancy: Research design guidance, methodology advisory, and publication strategy
• Printing & Binding: Professional thesis and dissertation printing, binding, and finishing

Our services are intended to provide guidance, support, and expert assistance. All deliverables are produced as reference materials and research support tools. Clients are responsible for ensuring that the use of our services complies with their institution's academic integrity policies.

3. Engagement Process

Our standard engagement process follows these steps:

1. Request submission: You submit a service request through our website, email, or phone with details about your project requirements
2. Proposal: We review your request and provide a detailed proposal including scope, timeline, and pricing within 24 hours
3. Acceptance: You review and accept the proposal, confirming the scope of work
4. Payment: An initial payment (as outlined in the proposal) is made to commence work
5. Delivery: Work is delivered according to the agreed timeline, with progress updates at key milestones
6. Review & revision: You review the deliverables and request any necessary revisions

An engagement is considered formally accepted once you confirm the proposal in writing (email or message) and make the initial payment.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful delivery of our services, Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information about their project requirements
• Share all relevant documents, guidelines, and institutional formatting requirements
• Respond to our communications and requests for clarification in a timely manner
• Review deliverables promptly and provide feedback within the agreed review period
• Ensure that the use of our deliverables complies with their institution's academic integrity and ethics policies
• Not misrepresent our work as entirely their own where such representation would violate institutional policies

Delays caused by the Client's failure to provide required information or feedback may affect project timelines and are not the responsibility of JJAnalytics.

5. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Upon full payment for the completed engagement:

• All rights, title, and ownership of the deliverables transfer to the Client
• JJAnalytics retains no rights to use, reproduce, or distribute the deliverables
• The Client receives full, exclusive ownership of all work products

Until full payment is received:

• JJAnalytics retains ownership of all deliverables and work in progress
• The Client may not use, distribute, or submit any incomplete or unpaid deliverables

Any pre-existing intellectual property (such as proprietary methodologies or analytical frameworks) used in delivering services remains the property of JJAnalytics.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information shared during the engagement:

• JJAnalytics will not disclose, share, or publish any Client research data, manuscripts, or project details to third parties
• All team members working on your project are bound by confidentiality agreements
• Client information will not be used for marketing, case studies, or portfolio purposes without explicit written consent
• The Client agrees not to disclose proprietary methods, pricing structures, or internal processes of JJAnalytics to third parties

7. Payment Terms

• Pricing is provided on a per-project basis and outlined in the proposal
• An initial deposit (typically 50%) is required before work commences, unless otherwise agreed
• The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the final deliverables
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, online payment, or other methods specified in the proposal
• All prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise specified
• Prices are valid for 14 days from the date of the proposal unless stated otherwise

Late payments may result in suspension of work and delays in delivery. JJAnalytics reserves the right to withhold deliverables until all outstanding payments are settled.

8. Revisions & Quality Guarantee

We are committed to delivering work that meets your expectations:

• Unlimited revisions: We offer unlimited revisions within the agreed scope of work until you are fully satisfied
• Scope of revisions: Revisions must fall within the original project scope. Changes to the fundamental scope, methodology, or direction of the project may require a revised proposal and additional fees
• Revision timeline: Revision requests should be submitted within 14 days of receiving the deliverable
• Quality standards: All deliverables undergo internal quality checks, including grammar review, formatting verification, and plagiarism screening (where applicable)

9. Delivery & Deadlines

• Delivery timelines are agreed upon in the project proposal and are based on the scope and complexity of work
• We make every effort to meet agreed deadlines. However, timelines may be extended if:
  • The Client delays in providing required information or feedback
  • The scope of the project changes after commencement
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control arise (force majeure)
• Express (rush) delivery is available upon request and may incur additional charges
• Deliverables are sent via email or secure file-sharing platforms as agreed

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• JJAnalytics provides services on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantees regarding specific academic outcomes (e.g., grades, publication acceptance, or grant approval)
• Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific engagement in question
• JJAnalytics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services
• We are not responsible for how the Client uses the deliverables after they are delivered

11. Cancellation & Refunds

Client Cancellation

• Before work begins: Full refund of any deposit paid
• After work has commenced: A partial refund may be issued based on the proportion of work completed. Work already completed will be invoiced at the agreed rate
• After delivery: No refund is available after the final deliverable has been submitted, except in cases covered by our quality guarantee

JJAnalytics Cancellation

In rare circumstances, JJAnalytics may need to cancel an engagement (e.g., if the requested work falls outside our expertise or if the project requirements cannot be reasonably fulfilled). In such cases, a full refund of all payments made will be issued.

12. Prohibited Use

Clients agree not to:

• Use our website or services for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false or misleading information in service requests
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute our proprietary tools, templates, or methodologies
• Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair our website or services

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved as follows:

1. Negotiation: The parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation
2. Mediation: If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be referred to mediation
3. Litigation: If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute may be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Nigeria

14. Changes to These Terms

JJAnalytics reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

For active engagements, the Terms in effect at the time of proposal acceptance shall apply for the duration of that engagement.
